ABOUT ME

I am Andrés Ribagorda (Madrid, May 17, 1999), a Spanish documentary filmmaker and journalist specializing in creative documentary projects and video journalism. I currently work at Atresmedia, one of Spain’s leading media groups, where I have spent several years traveling across the country to produce character-driven short stories and reportage that reflect contemporary social realities.

Over the years, I have filmed and produced award-winning documentary projects in countries such as Greece, France, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Cuba. In Cuba, I recently joined the prestigious International School of Film and Television (EICTV) as a teaching assistant, mentoring students in documentary filmmaking.

In addition to my work in television and documentary filmmaking, I have ventured into fiction cinema as cinematographer for the feature film Azul de niño, which is currently available on Amazon Prime Video. I have also collaborated with NGOs, producing corporate and promotional videos to effectively communicate their social missions.
